As we all know, Obama takes office tomorrow, and while nobody can reasonably expect everything to change overnight, I think the average American would agree that we've been needing a change in administration for a long time. Some have been praising Obama as this heroic shining light, and the man isn't even in office yet. I certainly hope he proves those people right, but for the time being, I'm just happy that the Bush reign is over.
In the meantime, Bush has been giving interviews left and right trying to play himself up in the history books. He has even compared himself to Abraham Lincoln, who, due to that whole Civil War thing, was "also a controversial figure during his time." Here's the
farewell interview we wish he'd give, or the first part of it anyway. You'll have to buy Rolling Stone to read the rest.
