Thank you to all who attended our Halloween show this past Friday at Headliners in Louisville. Special thanks to Dave Chandler, Jamie Barnes, Teneia Sanders, and Daphne Luster for sharing their incredible talent with us and making the show possible. We couldn't have done it without you. Also, congratulations are in order for the lovely and talented Alanna Fugate, a local musician herself, for winning the costume contest. It was a tough one to call, as a great many of you brought your A-game costume-wise, but Alanna's unique take on the Tin Man (er, woman) from the Wizard of Oz (or, as Myron dubbed it, "stripper-bot") was clearly the audience favorite, and certainly appropriate to the Pink Floyd theme. Honorable mention goes out to the guy who dressed up as Rick Vaughn from Major League. That guy went all out, haircut and everything. Well played, sir. All the costumes were fantastic, and it's too bad there was only one prize.
Here's our set list from the Pink Floyd portion of the night:
In the Flesh
Dogs
Fearless
The Great Gig in the Sky (R.I.P. Rick Wright)
Mother
Money -->
Us and Them
Wish You Were Here
Shine On You Crazy Diamond
The Happiest Days of Our Lives -->
Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2
Brain Damage/Eclipse
