Blogs Love Paradigm

Hello all, I'd like to start out this entry by thanking all of you who have bought our new album Melodies for Uncertain Robots either on CD or via download from iTunes and Ropeadope Records. As I'm writing this, Melodies is currently the #1 best selling album on Ropeadope Digital, which you can confirm by going to the Ropeadope link above and looking at the "best selling" column to the left. Not too shabby, if I may say, considering that your choices include albums by The Benevento/Russo Duo, Charlie Hunter, DJ Logic, and Christian McBride. Thanks everyone, and keep downloading!

We've also found our way into the blogosphere over the past few months, and I'd like to share some of those links here for anyone who my be interested. I don't know who any of these bloggers are (I think), but if they happen to read this: thanks! There's a flattering entry from musicbored.com written by a Louisvillian named Chris. I also came across an album review by Ken Micallef in the Yahoo! Music Blogs (our review is halfway down the page). Finally, worldmaker.net published a review of our CD release show at Headliners back in November. A little related anecdote: the article mentions Liberation Prophecy's drummer Jason Tiemann accidentally knocking a tom off its stand in mid-tune. It may not have phased Jason, but I think our drummer Evan's heart starting beating a little faster, as it was his set that Jason was playing. It was all good, though, no damage done. Stuff like that is bound to happen when a band kills it as hard as Liberation Prophecy does.

If anyone happens to spot an article relating to Paradigm somewhere in the depths of the internets, be sure to drop us a line and a link at info(at)paradigmgroove.com.
