WFPK Love

Louisville is lucky to have such an indie radio presence as WFPK. In every other city I've lived in, 4 out of 5 people probably couldn't tell you the local public radio station's call letters. Not only are Louisville-ians well aware of 91.9 FM, it's one of the city's most popular radio stations.

WFPK will be broadcasting a live, in-studio Paradigm performance next Friday, January 11th at noon as the latest installment of their Live Lunch program. Those in Louisville can simply tune in to 91.9 FM at noon, or, even better, come down to WFPK's studio and watch us live for free (more info here, at the bottom of the page). Those outside Louisville can tune in to WFPK's live internet stream by going to their website and clicking on "Live stream" on the left.

Also, on a related note, WFPK recently dubbed Paradigm #189 on their 2007 Hall of Fame Countdown. Not bad, considering Bela Fleck and the Flecktones were #193, and The Velvet Underground were #252.
