Happy Holidays!

Paradigm has been on a bit of a hiatus these last couple weeks of 2007, but we'll be kicking off 2008 in the best possible way: with both the digital release of our new album by the one and only Ropeadope Records and a big-time, blowout rage-fest on January 4th at our favorite club in the western hemisphere, the Hideaway Saloon in Louisville. We've also got a live appearance on 91.9 WFPK's Live Lunch lined up for January 11th, which can be streamed online from their website (for those of y'all that live outside the Louisville area).

By the way, for those who were nowhere near a television set tonight, the New England Patriots became the first team in NFL history to finish the season undefeated at 16-0. Being from New England and a giant Pats fan (no pun intended--they played the Giants tonight), I couldn't not mention this. The 1972 Dolphins are the only other team in history with an unblemished record, but they only had to play a 14 game season back then. Weak. The icing on the cake was that Tom Brady set a new all-time record for touchdown passes in a season (50), and Randy Moss set a new record for touchdown receptions in a season (23). In fact, both records were broken simultaneously on this amazing play:
